The GEAA Endowment Story

2017

The GEAA logo represents our 501(c)(3) charity supporting Tuskegee University and the Lighthouse Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi.
During Tuskegee Homecoming, GEAA presented the idea to start an endowment to help Tuskegee University. At that time, we had not decided on funds to help with scholarships or capital improvements. Facts: Tuskegee’s endowment was over $121,000,000, and alumni giving was less than 10%. Tuskegee University needed help. Who was going to step up!
